Begin with a clear, descriptive subject line that explains what the submission is about. Clarity is most important, but taking the time to make it clever will win big points with the users. (Subjects such as "Submission" or "Check This Out!" are snoozers, be creative!)

Use the pull down menu to select a category that is applicable to the story. This isn't rocket science. More like Benedict solution colloids.

In the story box, give us a succinct summary of the story and provide any relevant URL's and websites. We want to hear what you have to say about it! It's your time to shine, so spell checking wouldn't be a bad idea.

Try to avoid cutting and pasting copyrighted material. This would include sending us the complete article text from a newspaper.

That's it! Click the preview button to check your submission. If you feel comfortable with it press the final submission button. Someone will review your piece and authorize it.
